Everyone working at this ideal and friendly hotel was decent. The location was unbeatable and incredible, easy walk to old town Everything was excellent and within 16 minutes' drive of New Orleans Lakefront airport.

perfectly situated for exploring new orleans on foot

The proximity to landmarks like bourbon street and the beautiful lafayette square. While the staff offered really good service, it's a shame that we faced some housekeeping issues at check-in.

The location of the hotel is great. Easy access with the Airport Express Bus 202 with only a short walk to the hotel. Quiet location and both French Quarter and Warehouse District (very good restaurants) within walking distance. Garden District is easy to reach by streetcar. Spacious room, modern bathroom, small fridge and safe. Helpful staff.

Location is good . Rather dark, but modern!

Many rooms have "no" window. It's like being a prisoner. Furnishings are modern and functional but for us price and performance is not right. Surely there is better on site.

From the moment you walk up to the door, the staff greets you with a smile. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to Boubon, Canal shopping, and a short walk to the French Quarter. This was my second stay at this hotel, and we will definitely stay again.

The only complaint is the slow elevator.
